Family Practice physicians have three additional years of specialized training in the fields of medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, surgical diagnosis and minor surgery, gynecology and psychological counseling. Emphasis is placed on preventative medicine and the comprehensive care of each family member. Family practitioners work with specialists to provide on-going care when necessary.

Intercoastal Medical Group is a professional association of more than 60 physicians and 18 specialties serving Sarasota and Manatee counties with seven locations. We provide a continuum of care to all of our patients, offering state-of-the-art practices and facilities.
